We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please check the product dimensions, finish and suitability for your space before ordering.

This restriction applies to correctly supplied products that are free from defects. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please unpack and inspect your order on the day it is delivered. If you notice visible damage, please email us on that same calendar day, by 11:59 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST).

Your email records when you reported the issue. You do not need to wait for our reply before the end of the day.

• Your order number and delivery date.
• A short description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product, damage and packaging, where possible.

An unboxing video can help if you have one, but it is not mandatory. Please send your initial report promptly even if you need more time to provide photographs.

We will review your report and explain the next steps. Depending on the issue and your applicable rights, the resolution may include repair, replacement or refund.

Keep the packaging if possible and contact us before sending an item back so we can explain the return arrangements. For safety, do not install or use a visibly damaged electrical product.

The delivery-day reporting request helps us investigate transit damage promptly. It does not remove your statutory rights or automatically exclude a valid claim reported later, including a defect discovered after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any return, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable Indian consumer law.
